What is the agency, exactly?
the agency is a platform of specialist AI agents that share a dashboard, an inbox, a group chat, and each other. Jess runs the front desk, Sarah runs social, Freddie runs the numbers. They delegate to each other, they know what the others are doing, and you talk to them like a team — not a stack of disconnected chatbots.
Do I have to pay for all the agents?
No. the agency ($49/mo) gives you Jess plus the shared infrastructure — dashboard, inbox, group chat, calendar. You add specialists only as you need them: Sarah at $29/mo, Freddie at $19/mo, Rosie and Benny at $19/mo each when they launch. Drop any of them any time. Billed in USD — Stripe handles local currency conversion automatically.
Why is Jess included in the base plan?
Because the other agents need her to function. Sarah needs Jess's inbox to catch scheduling replies. Freddie needs Jess's email tool to send his drafts. The calendar, the contacts book, the cross-channel inbox — all live under Jess. Adding a specialist without Jess would be like hiring a Head of Marketing with nowhere to send the work.
How do the agents actually 'talk to each other'?
Cross-agent delegation. Each agent has a tool that lets it hand tasks to another agent with full context. Jess catches a tax question in an email — she delegates to Freddie. Freddie finishes a draft — he hands the email back to Jess to send. You can watch it happen in the group chat, or just let them get on with it.
Is this actually safe with my email and calendar?
Each workspace is isolated in Google Firestore with per-tenant security rules. Jess only sees the accounts you connect. Nothing is shared across customers. Calendar bookings go through OAuth with your permission; emails send from your address using your authorised account. You can revoke access at any point.
Can I use the agency for multiple businesses?
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant from the ground up. Each business gets its own workspace with separate channels, knowledge base, agents, and settings. Agency owners and operators managing multiple brands can switch between workspaces from the same login.
What happens when Rosie and Benny launch?
They plug into the same platform — same dashboard, same group chat, same cross-agent delegation. Rosie handles deep research. Benny handles commercial and sales advisory. When they launch, they'll be add-ons at $19/mo each, same model as Sarah and Freddie. The full five-agent stack will run $109/mo, saving $26 vs à la carte.
